MYTIME’S ZOOM YOUTH GROUPS ARE A GREAT WAY FOR YOUNG CARERS TO MEET AND CONNECT REGULARLY
There are 3 hour-long sessions that run every week on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday afternoon, each for a different age group. Sessions take place online via Zoom and all young carers are invited to attend!

WHy join?
Zoom Youth Groups can be a great way to meet other young carers.
These events can also help you, or your child, to:
MAKE NEW FRIENDS | meet other young carers
feel less lonely | feel less stressed
have fun | try new things | develop new skills
“Thank you for all of the imagination you put into making these sessions so much fun for our children. It’s obvious how passionate you feel about this group. We are so grateful to be a part of it!”
“MYTIME Zoom Calls have been great for me. The first session was a meditation, and afterwards I felt less stressed and not gloomy anymore. It was so good to chat to other people.”
"Thank you so much for the session today, I’d been having a super rubbish day where I was totally stressed out and not coping but your session had me forgetting all that (and laughing) so quickly."
