Based on the 5 ways to wellbeing: Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Give, MYTIME @ Home is an award winning programme of activities curated by MYTIME and designed by leading experts for young carers to do at home.

During lockdown we decided that young carers needed content created just for them.

We designed an award-winning programme of activities called MYTIME @ Home. Our hope is that these videos will give you the opportunity to have a short and break from the caring you are doing.

Anyone can take part but we have designed these bite-sized videos just for you.

We really hope you enjoy MYTIME @ Home.

We have also been hosting weekly drop-in sessions where young carers can connect with other young carers, learn new skills to keep themselves feeling good whilst sharing their opinions and feelings on the things that matter to them!

Dorset based young carers can join us every week for a safe and supportive online space for young carers to meet, share, connect and explore the five ways to wellbeing through a programme of carefully planned activities.
